Yes. It is a public, permissionless blockchain built with Cosmos SDK. Communities, roles and permissions are defined on top of it.

Communities decide who can join and what roles they have. Roles define what members can do within each organizational scope. The same person can have different roles and permissions in different scopes.

Every blockchain operation requires a network fee paid in $LOCA. Communities pay these fees for their members, who do not need to manage the network cost themselves.

Minting and sending are governed by roles (owner / admin / sender / receiver).

Yes. Applications can use Locality's Wallet Server as an integration layer for blockchain operations, or connect directly to the Locality blockchain using their own infrastructure. The Wallet Server is an integration option, not a requirement of the network.

Yes. Supported actions are equivalent: manual in Easy App or conversational with the AI Agent.

Communities, Teams and Sub-teams can create votes, and members can vote publicly or anonymously - anonymous ballots use zero-knowledge proofs - with results tallied on-chain.

Appointments and queues. Appointments can be single-slot or shared-capacity (with a waitlist) for classes and events. Teams publish resources with schedules, and members book slots or take a turn, with optional token deposits.
